GENERAL TERMSAs the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, etc.I have the right to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or I am not able to work on it.All Prices are the lowest price I can offer.Full payment is expected at the time of order.Do not use my past, present, or future art work for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).Do not use my art to spread hate of any type.Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to use my artwork to train any AI/ML models.Orders take 1-4 months to complete. I will send updates as regularly as I see fit.The progress of the commission will be provided through screenshots for revisions and confirmation. At the end of the commission I will confirm that everything is correct with the commission. If you want something changed after the final product is confirmed a small fee of 15% of the cost of the commission will be required.The completed art work will be sent to you in high resolution once everything is paid for and done.PAYMENTS

I will ask if you want any revisions done through the Commission Process. After the initial Sketch is sent I will change anything big you may want me to. You may then ask for any small revisions as I send updates. If you want any revisions after the commission is complete I will charge a 15% fee of what the original commission cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.Credits to me (@mischieviousmoss @mischiefmossvt or @starglazedmoss) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise specified/discussed.Commercial Use of the commission must be purchased for $100.00 when purchasing the CommissionThe client will receive the PNG files with and without background (if there is a background) and watermark.You can post the file without the watermark if you like, but you must credit me as the artist.REFUNDS
You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.You can request a 60% refund if you no longer want your order after the initial sketch.You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. I will no longer work with you if this happens.COMMUNICATION

If you get blacklisted it means you cannot commission me, buy my products or adopts and, depending on the case, you will be blocked from all my social medias.Reasons that can lead a client to be blacklisted:
Fail to pay the invoice within one week (if you cannot make the payment within this period, please let me know in advance);
Ghosting;
Attempt to scam;
File a chargeback;
Misuse of previous commissions/my art in general;
Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards me and my work.PRIVACY POLICY
